Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1-2days(excluding weekends and holidays). 

During peak seasons or for custom requests, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is any significant delay.

After dispatch, standard shipping usually takes 6–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, or local restrictions.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
