Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the high cost of shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a quality issue.
This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, ordering the wrong item, color differences due to screen settings, size preference, or normal variations that may occur in handmade goods.

All sales are final unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at innermongoliansharon@hotmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video showing the issue (and the packaging if damaged)
  • A brief description of the problem

After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution (replacement, repair, or refund) based on the situation.
